Terms and Conditions

  • On-Site Supervision: When choosing the apprentice and qualified tradesman option, a seasoned tradesman will always be present to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. For apprentice-only arrangements, appropriate supervision is required to maintain training standards.
  • Job Placement Restrictions: Apprentices participating in the ARP cannot be offered full-time positions. As per our terms and conditions of trade, we are not a labour hire company, and our program focuses on training and development rather than permanent placement.
  • Rotation Schedule: Apprentices will be on-site for one week, then rotate. Your Apprentice will be back on-site every four weeks. This structured schedule ensures consistent support and development while aligning with your operational needs.
  • Supervision Requirement: Apprentices must be supervised at all times during their placement to ensure effective training and adherence to safety protocols. This supervision is crucial for their development and maintaining operational standards.
